2. Custom Orders: All rugs are custom-made and one-of-a-kind. Once an order is placed, all sales are final—there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.

3. Premade Rugs: Orders for premade rugs will be processed and shipped the next business day.

4. Custom Order Fulfillment: Custom rugs require a production time of 14-28 days. Please allow this time for crafting. You will receive updates throughout the production process.

5. Privacy: I do NOT have access to your full payment information and will NOT share any of your personal details (such as your name or address) with anyone. Your privacy is important, and I appreciate your trust.

6. Shipping: Shipping times may vary based on your location and the specifics of your order. Please allow additional time for delivery once your custom rug has been completed and shipped.
